Epperstone Parish Council
TWO PARISH COUNCILLOR CASUAL VACANCIES
Due to work commitments, two Parish Councillors have
resigned after a long and most valued service. This opens up
an exciting opportunity for two members of the community to
serve as Parish Councillors.
 Are you interested in local current affairs?
 Do you wish to serve and contribute to your community?
 Could you provide a voice for local residents?
If you feel like you would like to get involved in making
decisions about your local community and make a significant
contribution to the area in which you live, then this is the
position for you!
There are ten parish council meetings per year plus some ad-
hoc meetings which you will be required to attend. The term of
office will be until the next elections in May 2023 when all
Councillors must be re-elected.
You will receive full support from the Council, and training,
where needed, will be provided. A can-do attitude, positive
outlook and being a team player are important attributes as is
being able to communicate electronically.
SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REPRESENT YOUR
COMMUNITY ..Email the Parish Clerk on epclerk@hotmail.co.uk
to register your interest and for further details.
